While investigating the operators of a drug trafficking app, Detective Ma (Don Lee) and his team discover a link between a murder case in the Philippines and an illegal online gambling organization. The organization's leader IT genius Chang Dong-cheol, and his accomplice, ex-elite soldier Baek Chang-gi, are already preparing their next big move.
