At Cinema 1, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
